These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and zc666 ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at zc666.club ("the Platform"). In accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, zc666 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts must complete KYC verification before making any withdrawal. zc666 may additionally require KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, after a first deposit, or following a change in account behaviour.

• No Currency Conversion Charges: zc666 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your wallet.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your zc666 wallet within the standard processing time, you must contact support with proof of transaction. zc666 will investigate and resolve all confirmed failed deposits.

zc666 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any deposit suspected of being connected to criminal proceeds will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account suspended immediately.

Withdrawal requests on zc666 are processed in PKR to the member's verified payment account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC Prerequisite: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Cricket Markets: PSL, international, and domestic cricket markets on zc666 are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published in the sportsbook rules section. These include rules on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, rain interruptions, match abandonment, and player substitutions.
• Results and Settlement: zc666 uses official match and competition results from recognised governing bodies for bet settlement purposes. Settlement timelines are indicative and may be extended where a result is subject to official review or protest.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits zc666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
